CARBONATED DRINK GLASS BOTTLE FILLING MACHINE INTRODUCTION

This carbonated drink glass bottle filling machine is a 2-in-1 filling and capping monoblock. It is mainly used for filling carbonated soft drink(CSD) into glass bottles. It carries out isobar filling and capping in one machine. The main machine adopts advanced PLC and touch screen control, no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping system. Production capacity is from 3,000BPH to 30000BPH based on 500ml PET bottle.

FEATURES

This monoblock adopts screw bottle inlet. The bottles are transferred by bottom holding in the whole transfer process.By 2-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.Isobaric filling reduces the bubble.High speed and large flow filling valve assures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.Liquid contact parts are all of excellent stainless steel or food grade rubber. The electrical parts and pneumatic components are of international brand and achieve the national food sanitary standard.When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain’s height.According to customer’s requirement to the high speed line, the table-board can be designed and manufactured as gable top shape. The capping heads can be designed and manufactured as COP capping heads. These two designs realize more sanitation than conventional design.
